We always believed that if you do as you say and say as you do it makes life and contracting a lot easier. If we always tell the truth, then, there’s nothing to remember. If we can make a new satisfied customer, then, maybe they’ll call us again or recommend us to a friend! If we fail I’m sure they’ll tell ten!

James Broderick started the Remodeling Showroom because he believed the industry needed more of the above. Anybody who has had a bad remodeling experience can identify.

The Remodeling Showroom was opened in 1999. James has been a resident of Charlotte County since 1961 and a licensed General Contractor since 1983. Prior to contracting James was a specialty and detail trim carpenter.

After many years of hard work designing and building custom homes, renovations and additions, James decided to open the Remodeling Showroom, so his clients would have access to design ideas and product samples for any remodeling project under one roof. From the floor to the countertops, and to the texture and color of the walls, it’s all there!

James was fortunate to hire Tracey Fulton in October, 2005. She has not only become a great asset to the business and our customers, but a partner in the business. Her attention to detail and uncanny design sense is always spot on!
